Every figure on this site comes from a statistical office that publishes on its own schedule. This page says when each of them last delivered something new, and how far each series is from the point at which the pipeline stops publishing it rather than show a number it no longer trusts.

Last new figure is when the provider last moved the number, not when it was last checked — a monthly series is correctly quiet for most of the month. Every source is contacted on every run regardless.
Wait used counts the age of the newest observation against the tolerance configured for that series. Providers differ: some publish within weeks, some take months, so the allowance is set per series rather than globally. Past it the run fails and publishes nothing at all, which is why past tolerance should never appear here.
